Restaurant practical

Yeah..yeah...already finish first time restaurant practical is serving guests.
Today, i'm be bartender is too busy but is a good experience. First, want prepare cold water and warm water for the guests when they come in. Secondly, prepare the butter for the beard. Next, want prepare the coffee and tea. Finally is dessert....cake....cheese cake, tiramisu, and black forest..
Today, we take many picture but not used my handphone, i want take the picture from my friend, after this i will post...haha...
Now i have 1 finger feel pain because take heavy thing...I hope tomorrow can be good...
Tomorrow is my best friend WAN TING's birthday, we have celebrate with her oh...Next time i will post the photo for her's birthday...hehe

Funny Day

We sell salt....not la....we just use the salt to take photo..hehe this salt is a decoration for the restaurant pratical because this week our college restaurant already open and we have practice how to serve the guest in the restaurant. Today i practice in the kitchen and I'm chef of the day. Firstly, i feel apologetic to my classmates because i still do wrong thing. SORRY!!! I hope i can do my best in the future. Next weeks i will be practice by the bartender- is to prepare beverage. i also hope i can do my best.

i already eat 2 times cake in this weeks. very high calorie..too bad lo because i wan keep fit now.
i have do sit-up exercise for everday to keep my stomach, this is good exercise when u stay in house.

PLANNing

This semester is quite busy, because everyday class start from 8am expect tuesday and saturday also have class 8am-10am.Start from this semester i planning wan to keep fit and study hard. Everyday week must go gym 2 times with my best friend Selina and genie. This spend more money, 1 times wan RM6 per entry and adding the transport fees... but i must do it cos i wan KEEP FIT.
This semester have many group assignment, (restaurant management, housekeeping and english of hospitality). Housekeeping practical is a FUNNY class, cos we practice how to clean the room. Human resource is a bored subject. Do you agree???
I plan wan to study hard but i not yet start to read anything. Next week start busy for test and assignment. This semester must pass all subject. This is my Goal for this semester.
